IMPORTANT:
Parcel opening video is mandatory. If you have any doubts regarding the parcel, please record a clear video while opening the parcel so we can verify any genuine defect for replacement or refund. No complaints for refund, damage, or missing items will be entertained without a parcel opening video.
Return Time Frame
You must notify us within 3 days after delivery if you want to return an item.
Return Conditions
The customer must return the item via traceable delivery service (courier or registered post) at their own expense.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
All returns must be sent to our provided return address. The product must be returned in the same condition as received, with original packaging.
Valid Return Situations
Return policy is only valid in the following cases: If you received the wrong product. If the product delivered has a manufacturing defect or damage (verified through opening video).
Refund Process
Refund requests will be processed within 2 working days after we receive the returned product. After inspection and Quality Check approval, refund will be issued for the item amount only.
